What is this on babies tongue?

I’ve just noticed this little white thing on my 15 month olds tongue while he’s sleeping, I thought it was food but it doesn’t seem to be coming off. Any ideas what it is or am I just panicking? I do this, a lot unfortunately.

Perfectly normal. Looks like he's bitten it a little bit. A very healthy looking mouth!
