Sebborheic dermatitis

Does anyone have any experience in how to get rid of seborrheic dermatitis?

My Daughter has had this on her scalp her whole life (she's now 6).
The doctor has prescribed Betacap lotion and Ketoconazole. We have used this as prescribed for the last couple of years.

It never fully goes away. The minute we stop using the shampoo, it comes back really bad. Her whole scalp can cover in hard, yellow flakes and causes bald patches.

The doctor doesn't seem concerned but it would just be really handy if we could clear it up for good.

Any tips? Thanks!

I would try a yeast free (anti Candida) diet.

My son had this until he was about 8. We tried so many different things but the only thing that worked was head and shoulders

He's 11 now and still uses the shampoo otherwise the crust comes back
