My DD7 has had 4 hours of strep A + scarlet fever in last 4
months and 7 over last year.
We are on long waiting list for ENT but in meantime it’s just waiting for next bout of it to hit (every 3-4 weeks) and penicillin for 10 days each time. It’s relentless.
im aware I’m becoming extremely worried about the invasive strep A that killed those poor
Children over winter and I’m sure she must be at risk given how often she gets strep A and what must be an antibiotic resistance building up.
i went away for a much needed break last week only
to have to come
home after 1 night as she’d woken with fever of
40, ragingly sore throat and ended up in hospital with confirmed strep A.
i just don’t know how to manage my anxiety waiting forENT which is months away ☹️☹️☹️
