Baby still congested 3 months after birth

My baby was very congested when born due to being born by c section at her 8 week check she was still congested always has a blocked nose dr said it’s ok just normal newborn congestion, she’s now 3 months old and still has the same blocked snuffly nose is this normal please?

My baby was congested for 4 months. Then suddenly he wasn't. Spoke to gp loads, tried allergy meds, nose spray, nose suckage. Nothing worked. Then one day he got a runny nose!

It's one of the symptoms of cmpa

My DD1 was very snotty for the first year of her life. It stopped when she got bigger and her tubes expanded (the GP told is this would happen and she would be fine). I think it's just a waiting game. Until then all the tissues!

Does she cough as well or have any ear issues or is it just nasal congestion? Reason I ask is my son has a rare condition called Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia and one of the symptoms is nasal congestion from birth, however it also causes breathing issues and a recurrent cough so very unlikely if it's just nasal congestion.

Was she born via c section as this can also cause prolonged congestion. Not sure if you've got any pets but my eldest reacted to our dog and his symptoms were purely a stuffy nose.

@Outnumberedbywillies she has nasal congestion and a stuffy nose and yes we have 4 chihuahuas but they are regular brought to be de shedded and everything constantly gets vaccumed for stray dog hairs ever since she has been born we have been very careful regarding dog hairs
