Bites or pox??

Hello
Please help me work out what is causing these spots on my daughter!!
She has these spots coming up all the time, for maybe a month now. Very itchy.
Ive checked for all signs of bedbugs and I haven’t found any insects, shells, red or black stains, I even put sellotape all around her bed 2 nights ago and nothing was stuck to it in the morning.
I have put out water for fleas and did catch one small maybe flea in it so I treated her room and the cat for fleas but still more bites.
Could it be chicken pox? I did have her vaccinated and they couldn’t be coming up over a month could they?
I don’t know what to do or who to ask - is the pest control person the best person to ask to find out??
Thank you!
These pics are of her back and arms which have shown spots today.

Looks like flea bites to me. You need to indorex the whole house, not just her room

Thank you! The cat has been banned from her room for about a week now - do you think fleas could be coming in from other rooms of the house?

Not chickenpox. Have you treated the cats ?

Banning the cat won’t stop it, you need to indirectly her room and bedding (big job) plus everywhere else the cat goes. And use spot on for the car. Or they will just come straight back

Prescription flea treatment for the cat (and keep this up monthly religiously) the whole house will need to be treated for fleas with indorex (several cans) as the eggs and fleas themselves will be everywhere the cat has been and they can move around. Treating a flea infestation is a big job but it is doable.
