My 10 month old baby has had a temperature since yesterday evening and has vomited once before bed and once again this morning, and had a very restless night. Although apart from that he doesn't seem too different. He done this poo and I am concerned as to the colour of the left hand side, is it slightly grey/chalky? Or am I overthinking. He had chicken curry for dinner (right hand side) which he vomited most of it up before bedtime.
