Son is nearly 4 (In a week)
During winter he picked up every bug going at nursery and I was forever worrying but improved as the weather got better
We came baxk from holiday last week, he had a sickness bug on the last day but cleared pretty quickly and hasn't stopped eating since we got back and was his normal self
Last night he complained if stomach ache and woke up with temp, came down with calpol and seems OK, at a biscuit and drank a small amount
Calpol is wearing of and his temp os spiking again and he's not himself
No runny nose / cough but could this still be just a normal viral infection?
I'm a terrible one for worrying when my child gets sick
