One blood spot

Hi, my 2 year old son has one random blood spot by his eye. His molars are coming through at the moment so is teething and irritable due to that but otherwise seems fine. He may have knocked his eye on a toy etc, has anyone had this before? Thanks

My Dc get these - really random ones. They always disappear after a few days. I would worry if DC was vomiting / nauseous, had a group of non blanching spots (petechial) and overall presenting very unwell.

He seems completely fine in himself, just dribbling and chewing everything due to his teeth, hopefully the blood spot will disappear in a few days, thank you!
