Is this impetigo?

We've never dealt with impetigo and wondered of this could be what's on DD's face? It started as just a spot but seems to be getting bigger every day?

Hmm I'm not sure it normally looks crusty and weepy which that doesn't

Thank you, I wondered if the weepy / crusty stage would be next.

But actually tonight the redness has gone down and I've realised it is actually 4 spots really close together. She also has a couple of spots on her fingers and has been really under the weather (cough, runny nose, bad sleep), so I wonder if something else is brewing. Maybe HFM?

Sounds like HFM to me with the update. Without the update I was going to suggest an insect bite.

Quite possibly HFM. How is she today?
