Spots on 2yo’s arm and legs

Does anyone know what these could be? There are only like 6 of them on my daughters arms and legs, they don’t seem to be itching or bothering her?

@LaurenP24 hi op, sorry to resurrect your thread but did you ever get a diagnosis for this? We’ve had something similar with my 5 year old DD but the spots are all under one armpit and down her side. Pharmacist reckoned it was chicken pox but they’ve come on over a period of 2 weeks and she had another one yesterday!
