Is this heat rash? We’ve been having problems with my daughter skin for over a month now with regards to blister type spots popping up on her currently waiting for urgent dermatology appointment because doctors don’t know what it is… anyways this has nothing to do with them (I hope) she’s got this rash she’s had it since Wednesday it is now Monday it’s gradually got bigger covering the whole of her back and bum and going down her arms. She’s on an antihistamine anyways to help her stop itching the spots she’s got but this rash is really bothering her as you can see on the pictures. Does it look like a heat rash? Is there anything I can do to help her 😔

No it doesn't, have you googled heat rash? That will give you a better idea. I have no idea what it is but it looks really angry and I can imagine very uncomfortable. If she is struggling I'd be tempted to call 111 and ask their advice.

Are the scabs from her itching/ scratching?
If yes file the mails right down (so no nail sticking out to scratch).

How old is she, has she had eczema in the past?

Looks like dermatitis to me.

Heat will probably make her more itchy so try to keep cool.

If there's anyway you can afford to- go private to a specialist, a one off appointment could give you the creams you need to sort this. NHS Drs then carry on prescribing if necessary.

@cupoftee yeah the red marks are from her itching, her nails are cut she must be doing it in her sleep because in the day I keep an eye on her all the time. She’s 2.
she does suffer with eczema. It’s not been too hot atm that’s why I’m questioning whether it is heat rash and heat rash should only last a few days I’ve read and not spread, I did take her to the doctors today and he just said it’s heat rash but I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️

My middle son always has a heat rash this time of year even though its not boiling hot.
We wash his back with cool water, use a hydrocortisone cream and give him an antihistamine.
