Most of my two year olds nursery class went down with a vomiting bug on Thursday night, son had two projectile vomits and then was okay, no other symptoms and eating and drinking normally (amazing how quickly they bounce back). Now 72 hours later, he’s just been sick again! Perfectly happy immediately after vomiting, and I’ll obviously keep him off nursery for another 48 hours, but does this sound like the bug is still hanging around, or is it because I gave him some milk for the first time tonight since the initial illness?
