My 2.5 year old DS is quite noisy with his breathing. It sounds like he's got some congestion on his chest but he's not ill. It's been like this for a few months now - I originally put it down to colds and the aftermath of colds (he started nursery in January) but its persisting now and he doesn't have a cough.
Is this something to worry about? Would I be justified (trying) to take him to the GP?
