Blood tests for a child

I've been a bit worried about my daughter - she has been very pale and tired over the last few weeks and also has had some nosebleeds (although this isn't that unusual for her). I'm pretty sure it's just end of term exhaustion, but I'm wondering about getting some blood tests in case she has a deficiency of some sort. We're going away for a 3 week holiday to my family (abroad) so I'd like to get it done asap.

However - I'm pretty sure that there will be a wait to do it through the GP, if they even agree, since it is non-urgent. I've found a provider through the app our GP surgery uses who will do paediatric blood tests for a reasonable cost, but the problem is - I'm not sure what to request. Does a full blood count + regular screening for vit B12, etc. sound about right?

Thanks in advance!

Depends on what the etc is.
FBC, Vitamin D, B12, folate, thyroid, ferritin, U&E’s are pretty standard requests for DC in our surgery.

@MNRando thank you for replying! All of that minus the Vit D and thyroid, I think.
