What is this spot?

DD8 has had this on her wrist for about 2 years. She's only just mentioned it to me. Before I spend 45 minutes on hold to get an appointment does anyone know whether it's something to be investigated or if it's just a thing?

Hi OP, myself and my DD have one of these - they're called a spider nevus. I had one on my wrist for the past 35 years and it's suddenly disappeared! DD has one on the opposite wrist. Does she have anymore? I wouldn't worry about it if she is well in herself 🙂

Thank you for replying. No just the one and it doesn't seem to be causing her any pain or bother. Looking up that condition if it's not bothering her it looks like I can wait until she goes for something else to mention it to the doctor. Thank you.
