What’s this on my daughter’s neck?

DD aged 8, this appeared overnight a couple of days ago. Doesn’t appear to be changing much. Slightly raised. I thought she’d maybe scratched herself in her sleep but not sure. Is it a mole? Do they appear that quick? Should I be concerned or am I being ridiculous?

It looks like a small graze to me. She may have just scratched herself.

I'd just leave it for a while to see. You'll see in 3 or 4 days if it's healing.

I'd say a small scratch? If it feels raised and crusty then it could well be a scab. Keep an eye on it but hopefully it should go within the next couple of days

Thank you, I’m normally not overly anxious but it just didn’t look right to me. I’ll keep an eye on it.

It just looks like a little nick to me. Scratched or pinched
