Chicken pox with 8 week old !!

My daughter (6) has started to come out in chicken pox tonight and we have an 8 week old also, slightly freaking out about him getting it, he was breastfed until 5 weeks old now his bottle fed, so he won’t even be getting my antibodies, any advice ? Of course the first sign of him getting them I will be down the drs but has this happened to anyone before ?

Have you, yourself, ever had chicken pox? If so, little one will still have some protection from your antibodies, and would be likely to have a mild case.

yes according to my mum I had a bad case when I was 3 , I really hope if he does it’s mild
