4YO hot at night & moaning in sleep

But no actual temp... has happened the last couple nights bar one. No issues in the day, but really sort of moaning & groaning in her sleep. She feels hot as if she has a temp but defo doesn't. I take her duvet completely off her then within 10 mins she feels cooler but I've never really known her to moan in her sleep unless she's poorly & so far, touch wood she is fine, had a cold which finished a day or 2 ago. Any guesses?!

Has she had chicken pox? Sometimes that can have cold like symptoms before the spots come out.

She could just be going through a phase where she's warmer & also having vivid dreams.

@BernardsarenotalwaysSaints No she's actually been vaccinated against it but good shout. She used to suffer night terrors for months, they stopped about a month ago, not sure if this is the same but different, it's just not nice to hear as generally it's how she sounds when she's got a temp & she defo doesn't.

Scrap that, her temp is 37.5, which is on the warm side for her. She was fine last night though, & the night before when she felt as she does now, the temp was 37.3 & I didn't treat it. Seems really odd to be intermittent as it is being & only at night.
