Fermented food for kids

Hi
I have a 4 year old want to introduce fermented food (have dairy allergy). Any ideas please? She wouldn't like this like sauerkraut or kimchi...

Can you add apple cider vinegar to things like salad dressing? I think there are some non-dairy kefir, well kefir like products as well.

Thanks didn't think of apple cider. All non dairy kefirs I've found are too sweet/added sugar.

Can you do your own pickled vegetables ? Cucumber, carrots, beetroot ?
Sourdough bread is a type of fermented food. Then of course, you have kombucha.

@JanglyBeads that's ok! @CalmDownBoris72 thanks, I should give it a try. Although from googling it, doesn't seem available in my local supermarkets. Only on ocado/Waitrose and similar...
