My DS has little patches of these bumps all over his body. I noticed them this morning and noticed even more when it was in the bath this evening. He wears full pyjamas to bed - but obviously something can get underneath them - and some are on his hip area where he was wearing pants and pj bottoms too. He says it’s not itchy.
His siblings don’t have any bites / rash, neither do DH or I.
