Worried about this rash

DD 9 is poorly today. She has a temperature of 39+ and has vomited. She is complaining of muscle pains in her inside thigh and calf on her right leg. I have now seen that she has a bite ? And rash on her ankle (See pic)

I was thinking it was viral. Maybe even covid… but the rash is making me a bit concerned about lymes disease or something else?

any ideas?
