Purple mark on 6 week olds leg

My 6 week old has a purple mark on his leg, his had a few scratches where he grabs the skin on his arms before that haven’t faded under a glass but can see they are where he has pulled his own skin (his a grabber) this mark is on the bottom of his foot it’s really faded and slightly goes under glass, I’m suffering badly with postpartum anxiety and didn’t know if anyone else’s little ones get random marks , he kicks his legs on to one another so wondering if it’s from that, I did ask the drs and he didn’t seem concerned I was getting worried about petechia but he said that certain rash comes as a group ? I think this is probably the anxiety talking. I can't see anything at all that would be of concern to me.
If the doctor has reassured you I think you just need to trust them.

I understand the rash under a glass reasoning but I have 2 kids, been a parent for 6 years and have probably only checked my children's marks with a glass once or twice.

I think perhaps you need to try get a hold on the anxiety (though I appreciate that might be easier said than done). I'd def speak to the doctor / HV about it.
