I don't know where to post this but hoping to get answers here

My soon to be 8 year old daughter seems to always have brown stains in her pants not from back passage but front and wondering if it's because she not being washed properly or what? I am confused because she showers everyday.

Is she showing any signs of puberty? Could it be vaginally discharge before her periods start? Or far less likely could someone be sexually abusing her?
