Any experience?
over the last month she has been grinding her teeth something awful. Mainly when at
rest, relaxing though maybe that’s just when I hear it. It’s her back ones she’s grinding.
says it’s not related to any pain and while she does have some
wobbly teeth they’re not sore.
took her to dentist to get it checked who couldn’t find a cause, said it can be related to reflux which she doesn’t have but if she carries on she may need a guard.
i now find myself telling her to stop every 5 mins and it’s annoying her and me! It’s almost like nail biting-
doesn’t realise she’s doing it and when I ask her to stop she does and then starts again 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
from what I can tell she doesn’t do it in her sleep which is more common so I’m stumped.

Everyone in my family has a mouth guard, only at night but I wsh I’d known earlier, my front teeth are grey they are so thin. My 10 year old has chewed through his guard…

Really? Any idea
what causes it? The noise just makes me
feel so uncomfortable, and I hate thinking of them being ground down ☹️
