maybe Molloscum Contagiosum?
Very common in kids.

I'd say warts. In my experience Molloscum
Doesn't look dry and scaly on the spots x

I'd stay warts too, I had them as a child, they looked exactly like that and in the same place too.

I'd completely forgotten until I saw your pic. I had them frozen off at the dermatologist if I remember correctly
