Blood shot eye from pencil

Dd age 4 poked dd aged 3 in the eye with a pencil this morning.
She was crying for 30 mins and wouldn't open her eye and ended up falling asleep.

Woke up this morning and her eye is blood shot. Was wondering if I should send a pic to gp or just see how it goes. Here's the eye

I’d say it’s fine for now. Does she have any discharge ?
If you want it looked at you might be better with an optician.

No she doesn't have any discharge so hoping it's nothing serious. She's fine in herself
