Hi. My two year old daughter has developed redness in her left eye since the past few days. it's only on one side. There's no puss or itchiness and shes not complaining of it being painful but i'm really worried! I will be calling the Gp tomorrow but does anyone have any idea or know what it could be? Any suggestions could help and put my mind to ease as i'm thinking the worst right Now. Thank u!

I'd see the pharmacist before the GP. Probably just needs some drops. Could be conjunctivitis or hay fever.

ive been the parent that can’t stop worrying so I’m not judging you but honestly I really don’t think you need to worry. I can think of loads of eye things in toddlers it could be. None of which are serious. Id see a pharmacist in the morning and go from there

If you post a picture, I can probably tell you.

It's probably either episcleritis or a subconjunctival haemorrhage. Neither of which needs treatment or is serious.
