Bruises should I be worried?

My little one is turning one on Thursday, he has his own way of crawling which is like an army commando crawl.

We try encouraging him to crawl on his knees but doesn't work and this is how he wants to get about. Recently we've noticed little bruises appearing on his forearms, neither me or my husband are heavy handed with him at all so wondering if it's down to the way he crawls as he gets about very fast but throws his arms down a lot.

Would you say it's likely from that or should I be concerned/speak to doctor? I have anxiety so literally my mind goes to the worst medical things that it could be 😬😭

Definitely from crawling. My lo crawls normally and has identical bruises on shins and knees x
