How do I cool my house?!

My room is 28 degrees. I have every window wide open. I have a fan on. She is in just a 0.5 sleep sack and nappy as last night she was in a vest just, but she just would not sleep for laughing at her toes 🙈
I was planning on removing the sleep sack when she sleeps but she is still up. She is bf and dozes off, but then perks right up. Am I going to sleep tonight?

I live in Spain. It’s regularly well over 28 degrees inside. We don’t have excessive rates of SIDS. When I had my DS I (stupidly) followed the UK advice on sleeping temperatures for babies and got all freaked out by the Gro Egg constantly being red. As long as your baby isn’t rugged up and sweating she’ll be fine, relax.
