Opinions on (?)rash

Anyone have any opinion or idea on what this could be? My DS (3) has had it on and off for a week or so.. only on his knees, sometimes clearer than other days, but can be visibly red marks. Doesn't bother him at all. Sometimes I head towards ringworm but then I get thrown off and think different?! Sometimes it almost presents in a circle, other time the odd just mark/line here and there?!

I thought this initially. We have mainly wooden flooring and he barely kneels to be fair. So god knows 🥲
Can't get into the GP until next week now - and being it doesn't bother him and he's generally fine in himself I'm not overly worried.. it's just more that it's lingering around! Bizarre!

Could you put something mild on it like a baby moisturiser or something?
If it’s not bothering him just get through the weekend and see the doctor. Hopefully it’s nothing! Maybe he’s kneeling on a toy that’s doing this to him! I know kids do some crazy things 🤣

I mean he is my 3rd so definitely a wild child 🤣😂 wouldn't put anything past him! Haha.
Yeah I've been using the sensitive Aveeno cream for kiddos, which typically says it helps eczema so I'll keep on with that for now! ☺️ x

Yes, managed to get him into the doctors, she took a guess at dermatitis 🤷‍♀️ gave me some steroid cream for him to use during flare ups and said it definitely wasn't anything fungal such as ringworm even being circular on one knee etc!
So here's hoping it does the trick 🤪 xx
