Toddler - immature nervous system??

DS 15 months has always been a bit trembly. (I've posted before in my anxiety ridden post partum days)

Saw a neurologist at 10 weeks because of leg tremors/sporadic ankle clonus. Appt was very brief and he said he would grow out of it. Which he did.

However, he is occasionally trembly in his legs when we pick him up. When he walks his arms seem shaky. He has always been one of those babies who is shaky upon waking too. Other times we notice some shaking is when he is desperate to get something and reaches his arms out. E.G: sees his milk/food coming.

Internet tells me young babies have immature nervous system. This was the case when newborn - but at 15 months?

Development otherwise ok, 'behind' according to the ASQ questionnaires in personal social, problem solving and communication.

Any advice on why he is like this?
