Is this chickenpox?

Hi,

DS has came out in a rash. Spots started yesterday around his collar but they've got worse today. They are only on his belly and back. I don't know if it's chickenpox, I always thought it'd breakout all over him and he'd be itching? He's not itching at all he hasn't even noticed them

He's abit clingy but nothing too bad, no temp or anything. Snotty nose but again, nothing too bad

Any advise welcome and appreciated 😊

Looks like it to me. Ds had chicken pox when he was 4 and the spots were only on his torso, quite a mild case.

Yes, I’d say it is. Not all children are ill and itchy with it. Just like not all children have many spots and have it mildly.

Hmmm I'm not so sure I'd say hand foot and mouth but not in the right places really for that. You will know if it's chicken pox tomorrow if they are filled with clear fluid.

I don't think chicken pox it itchy at the start so if chicken pox you may have that to come.

If chickenpox don't give nurophen very dangerous

Update - 100% chickenpox without a doubt

My eldest has just gotten over chicken pox now my youngest has started coming out in spots but look nothing like chicken pox could this be? Small red raised bumps?
