Any idea what these spots are?

DD6 has about 3 on just 1 foot- one looks like like an acne spot with I think pus in it, the other look like 2 little indentations starting to be spots. Sore
to walk on and sore if I touch the big one. She’s pretty quick to complain so I think if she’d stood on something sharp she’s have mentioned it at the time!
