My baby had his 1 year injections yesterday and expectedly hasn't been himself since. Crying, irritable, clingy. I've kept him dosed up with calpol and cuddles. Had a bad night with him last night with his temp and him just feeling rubbish but he's woke this morning and has tried to pull himself up and struggled and he was shaking for around 5 seconds as he tried to pull himself up. I know he's still probably feeling rubbish after his injections but that has scared me a little. Has this happened to anyone else? Just want to know if it's common

It’s fine, just keep on with the Calpol and fluids. And try not to look/feel worried around him as they pick up on it . Be jolly and do your normal things.

Thanks for your advise 😊

The struggling to pull himself up might be that his arms and legs are sore from the jabs? Did they do one in each limb? I’d keep on with the calpol and lots of cuddles (maybe a walk in the sling or carrier if you use one?) and hopefully he feels better soon

He had two in each leg. It was his arms that were shaking bless his little heart
