Best things to threat chickenpox (three year old)

Just had my three year old at doctors with spot patches about ten of them. Was worried it was something more serious but thankfully not as spots were not disappearing under glass tumbler. What is the best remedyi if he develops more spots ect. It's my first time having a child with chickenpox. He's no temperature or anything at the moment,

Calpol if he gets a temperature or generally feeling rubbish. Antihistamine for the itch. Poxycillin (sp?) mousse to put on the spots :)
don't give ibuprofen!
And lots of cuddles ☺️
