Itching

Hi,

wondered if anyone could advise.. 4.5 yo son with no other symptoms keeps itching. Mainly legs and arms but with no visible rash. I’ve given piriton which seems to stop it. However I don’t want to keep giving without a reason! Anyone any ideas? No new washing stuff, bath things etc and literally no other symptoms!

Any advice?!

Bumping as he’s still doing it! Still no rash but almost like a habit now as well as running his nose!
