Good afternoon, just wanted to get quick opinions on this...
My 5 year old son about half an hour ago complained of severe right side abdominal pain, he was very distressed and crying and could only lay down. Since then it has subsided slightly and he can get up and walk about a bit but keeps laying down complaining of the pain. He has calmed down and isn't distressed with it, more 'grumbly'.
With it presenting on the right hand side my immediate thoughts went to appendicitis but I'm not sure it's severe enough?
He is isn't constipated or otherwise ill.
