12 year old with stomach aches

Hi my 12 year old has being having stomach aches after eating for the last couple of years.
Everytime he eats a tiny portion (I'm talking like 3 cream crackers) he says he's full and can't eat anymore. There doesn't seem to be any pattern with types of food that cause it.
The doctors didn't seem too interested when I took my son a year or so ago. However it's been going on so long now and the result is that my son is not having a healthy diet and I feel I should at least try to rule out a few health issues that could be causing it.
Has anyone had a similar experience with their kids and be able to share how they dealt with it? I feel that it might be related to anxiety but I want to be sure that it is not due to any intolerance etc.
Thanks in advance!
Rachael

Anxiety in children shows as a stomach ache, return to GP with logs of when it is happening.
