Adenoid Issue worse at night?

Currently having ongoing issues with what I think are Mt daughter adenoids. We just had ent appointment where doctor tried to use nasal camera up her nose to see (on a 3.5 Yr old, she did not let his happen) so doctor stopped. Said he was going to get 2nd opinion as he didn't think there was anything wrong as when he looks at her she doesn't have adenoid face, isn't mouth breathing and nose isn't running

Yet I kept telling him her nose has been consistently runny(just not always every minute of every day) and her unbelievable amount of mucas she has and chokes on every single night at bedtime is unbelievable.

Has anyone else had kids that ended up having issue with their adenoids have symptoms far worse at night. She is very nasally during the day and sounds bunged up and coughs a bit, but nighttime everything is 10 times worse. Including intense coughs she's had for 6 months.
