Umbilical Hernia

Hi all,
My one month old has an umbilical hernia. I took him to the doctors to check it out because I didn’t know what it was and turns out the doctor said it was an umbilical hernia. I took him on Friday. Since Friday I have noticed that the scab on the red part has come away and there has been a small bit of bleeding on his babygrow. Can someone tell me if it’s healing or if this is normal or something I have to take him back to the GP for. I’m a FTM so I’m not sure!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

My little boys never did that . He could have caught it?

My little boys however has shrunk back to an innnie and it's scarred brown.

I wondered it this was normal it doesn't bother him

I would get it checked out. You don't want it getting infected.
