Last week, my 3 yr old son came up with a rash in the palms of his hands. Other than that, he was fine. Then two to three days later, he got a high temperature, just gave him calpol alternating it with ibuprofen as calpol couldn't bring the temperature down. He's now fine, not had any today but today I noticed really faint grainy rash all over his body, have tried a glass & looks like it fades, other than that he's fine, been eating and playing. Should I be worried about and get him seen at least by a pharmacist even? Anyone experienced this before? Thank you

It could be a viral infection, they can come with a rash especially if it’s at the end x

Thank you for your reply. I suppose I will watch how he is over the next few days.

Viral rash. I took my son to the doctor when he was smaller because he had a concerning rash. He had recently had a virus, and the rash was a viral rash and went within a few days. Keep an eye, though, of course
