Adenoid Nasopharyngoscopy Camera

So my dd (3.5 yes old) had her ent appointment today. Doctor wasn't to sure anything was wrong, saying she looked fine and everything seemed fine (tonsils grade 2, looked up her nose with his eyes and said looked ok). I kept saying that her main issues happen during the nightime and her constant blocked nose/runny nose and cough fornevery single day for 6 months (with no cold) is not normal. So he said he'd do a nasopharyngoscopy(camera up nose). Couldn't do it there andnthen as he forgot camera 🤔. So booked for next week. Just wondering if anyone has a little one around that age that had to get that done while awake and what they were like. She didn't even like getting her nose flu spray done this year and went hysterical so worried she's going to be traumatised from it!

Thanks!

Also to add wheni asked if an xray is less invasive (that's what Internet and even Great Ormand Street say can be done) it was dismissed as not being done since the 70's!
