5 Week Old belly button

Hi all!
Im a FTM and need some advice about my one month olds belly button. His cord fell off when he was about 2 and a half weeks I think! It’s looking like this but it’s weeping a little bit too!
I was going to book a GP appointment but also just wanted some advice to see if anyone else’s babies have had their belly button look like this!

That looks like a hernia. DS had cord issue although it was a granuloma not a hernia and GP was really helpful, I’d definitely make an appointment.

Umbilical hernia - my daughter has one. Mostly harmless and usually don't need treatment at this age. They usually self resolve by two years of age but my daughter's didn't so she'll have surgery aged around 3.5.
