Teething?

Hi everyone.

My little one is 5 months old in two days time. When she was two months old the Dr said she could feel movement and the beginnings of teething. Thus far, nothing has happened. However, over the last few weeks, every teething symptom has happened, the hand eating, drooling, ear playing, red gums, pain crying, little red cheeks. Everything but teeth and it's driving me mad.
However, I've noticed some promising things on her gums but I've got no idea if I'm imagining them. I asked the HV during weight clinic yesterday and she couldn't quite see (baby likes to cover her gums with her tongue haha) but said what she could see was probably a tooth but I'm not sure.

Above the white arrow is a little white line. It's not quite where I thought a tooth would go but hey. Above the red is a grey line. Sorry the picture is rubbish. The only way i can picture it is when she's kicking off. So it's hard to focus the camera too!
