Weekly vomiting

My DS (7) vomited two Fridays in a row, just once. He was OK last night but has just vomited again. He said he feels OK, he just starts feeling nauseous and then is sick an hour or so later.

He hasn't eaten the same thing each time, in fact each evening meal has even different.

What could be causing this?

Is there something that happens on the weekend that he secretly dread etc. My Dad when I grew up when through a period of hating his career and on Sundays around lunchtime he used to get very very grumpy and we were walking on eggshells. I used to get sick as a child on Sunday afternoons as my stomach would go in knots.

Not that we're aware of, he's been fine all day. Not complaining if anything at all.

Weirdly the first two times there was no smell.

Scratch that, looks like a bug this time. He's had a few more episodes of vomiting now.
