Chicken pox? Or am I crazy?

As the title says really! My daughter got this one blistered spot yesterday morning that looks awfully like chicken pox but we haven’t had another spot since! We’ve both taken the day off today just incase but does this look like a pox to you? Or shall we go back to normal activities… do chicken pox sometimes take over 24 hours to start coming out after the first one or could this little pesky blistered spot be something else ?

Looks like chicken pox to me, when my daughter had it the first couple of spots developed very slowly and she only had about 10 in total. We used a gel called virasoothe, was very calming when the spots got itchy.

Thank you for your response :-) I will keep her off nursery for a few days to see if we get anymore then! And thanks for recommendation, just ordered some :-)
