9 week old sudden long sleeps

So I don't know if I should be concerned as such or whether she's just going through a growth spurt

LO is 9 weeks old
Saturday night she slept 8pm to 5am which is fine; I'll take that sleep!
I fed her at 5am, and then again at 8am and after that she didn't wake for a feed until 3pm which is 7 hours!! An awful long daytime stretch. For that feed I also ended up waking her by getting her out of a car seat and changing her bum.

Last night she fed much more - 8pm, 12:30am, 4:30am, 7:30am and 10am but she has now been asleep since 10am again and not woken for a feed.

She seems fully alert when she's awake, she's got wet and dirty nappies (I'll add that the dirty nappies are runny as anything but this seems to be an ongoing issue) so I'm not sure if it's a cause for concern or not?

My toddler did not sleep this much?!

Sounds fine to me, both of my kids always slept for the majority of the time during the first few months.

Just to add I've woke her up for a feed, changed her bum and her nappy was bone dry. Last changed 11:30am

Appreciate that's not very long but thought she would have gone

Weigh her and check with a HV if you're concerned.
