8 year old fell down around four steps and landed on his arm about 2 hrs ago.
Ice pack applied, no unusual swelling, no redness, no heat to touch. He says it's sore though.
He played for a while after it happened but then it started hurting again.
It looks fine and feels/ looks ok.
I've overreacted in the past visiting a&e and don't want to get it wrong again. With these symptoms and background would you wait until morning and see how it is (I'll obvs keep checking) or go to a&e?
(Single non driver with several children so childcare/ transport is difficult but doable with luck)
