Best kids trainers for orthotic inserts?

My ds 4 has to wear orthotic inserts due to being hyper mobile. Can anyone recommend the best trainers for him?

He has a pair of Skechers at the moment but I don't feel like they offer enough support and it seems like he is constantly tripping/shuffling his feet.

I'll attach a photo of the inserts he has. If anyone's child has the same ones, what shoes do they wear?

If you can't fit them in shoes comfortably. Ask orthotics dept. for advice.
They will either advise shoes or offer prescribed orthotic shoes.
Imo, They are very helpful.

My Dd wears those. She is slightly hypermobile and has really high arches. She doesn't wear them in her trainers only school shoes which are startrite. You need deep shoes and possibly a half size up. Probably best to take them with you and try on.
She has a pair of walking boots that protect the ankle too. They are good and we use them instead of wellies or for long walks.
Not sure if that's helpful or not but thought I would share. If you find a good deep trainer or shoe brand to accommodate please let me know.

Thanks. I'm wondering if it would be worth going into Clark's and asking them to measure him and recommend a pair of shoes.

I did ask his physio to recommend some trainers but she said they don't do that.
