What is this rash?

Hi DS who is 4 has had this rash on the inside of his elbow since yesterday ( that’s when I noticed it). He is eating well, no fever, he doesn’t scratch the rash. Any ideas what this could be?

Molluscum? That can start as tiny skin coloured bumps.
